Home / Terms & Services

These terms govern your use of the Live Health Quote website. They were last updated on September 28, 2026. Please read them with the privacy policy.

Agreement to these terms

These terms are a legal agreement between you and Live Health Quote about the use of livehealthquote.com. By reading the pages, sending an email to the studio, or asking to join the weekly letter, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the inbox.

We may refuse a request that asks us to break the law, to provide emergency treatment through a web form, or to take part in a use described below as unacceptable. These terms apply to the public website. A separate written confirmation, if we ever send one for a membership, would add details for that membership and would not erase this page.

What the studio offers

Live Health Quote offers educational writing about food and habits, introductions to practitioners, descriptions of visit styles, and descriptions of three membership paths called Kitchen Start, Guided Table, and Care Circle. The tone is practical. The subject is everyday eating: breakfasts, vegetable dinners, drinks, strength-day plates, evening hunger, family tables, and how to read a menu.

The website is a publishing and introduction space. It is not a hospital, a pharmacy, an insurer, or an emergency service. It does not diagnose you through a form. It does not ship meals. It does not sell supplements from these pages.

Educational purpose and health boundaries

Articles, plate sketches, and profile text are general education. They are written for a broad reader. They are not personal medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment plan for you. Bodies differ. A plate that suits one household can be wrong for another because of allergy, disease, pregnancy, sport, culture, or medicine.

Do not delay urgent care because of something you read here. Chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, signs of stroke, severe allergic reaction, uncontrolled bleeding, or thoughts of harming yourself are reasons to contact local emergency services immediately. Do not write to the studio inbox and wait.

If you already have a clinician, our notes are something you may discuss with that person. We will not ask you to hide information from them. If a guide conflicts with advice you were given for a medical condition, follow the clinician who knows you, and bring the conflict to a planned visit rather than guessing.

Practitioner profiles describe how a conversation at this studio tends to feel. They are not a promise of a particular result, a guarantee of weight change, or a claim that a symptom will resolve. Words like steady, comfort, and strength describe aims of the coaching. They are not outcomes we can promise.

Using the website

You may read the pages, share links, and print a guide for your own kitchen. You may not copy the site's writing, layout, or logo to present it as your own product, and you may not scrape the pages to train a competing service or to spam people.

The site is offered as a public resource. We try to keep it available and accurate, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of mistakes. A recipe-style description may omit a step you need. Use your own judgment in the kitchen, especially with heat, knives, and food safety. Cook foods to temperatures you trust, chill leftovers promptly, and discard food that smells or looks wrong.

You are responsible for the device and connection you use. A public computer may keep pages in a cache. Log out of your email and close the browser if you write to us from a machine you do not control.

Forms on the website

Forms check entries in your browser and then show a confirmation sentence. They do not, by themselves, deliver a message to the studio. Please read the privacy policy on this point so you are not surprised. If you need a reply, email hello@livehealthquote.com.

You agree that any information you submit, whether through email or a future tool that does store messages, will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and will be about you or about a person you are allowed to represent. Do not send us someone else's health story without a clear right to do so.

We may ignore automated, abusive, or incomplete messages. A confirmation line on a form is not a contract and not an appointment. An appointment exists only when we confirm it in a separate email that names a time.

Appointments

An appointment request tells us the kind of conversation you want: a new plate review, a follow-up, a family kitchen visit, a strength fuel check, or a gut comfort conversation. You may name a practitioner. Naming a person is a preference, not a guarantee that this exact person is free.

Visits, when confirmed, are planned conversations. They may happen by the method we agree in writing. They are not walk-in emergency care. If you miss a confirmed conversation, write to us and we will offer another time when we can. Repeated missed conversations may end a membership after a warning.

You can prepare by thinking through a few ordinary days of meals, drinks, sleep, and movement. You do not need perfect records. You do need honesty. Advice built on a story that is not true will not fit your kitchen.

Memberships and prices

The pricing page lists three monthly descriptions: Kitchen Start, Guided Table, and Care Circle. The figures are there so you can compare scope. This website does not take payment, does not store a card, and does not start a subscription when you press a button.

A membership begins only after a separate written confirmation by email that states the path, the fee, and the way to pay. Until that confirmation exists, you owe nothing. If a price on the page and a price in a confirmation ever differ, the confirmation you accept is the one that governs, and you may refuse it.

Fees, when a membership is actually agreed, cover the coaching and writing described for that path. They do not cover laboratory tests, medicines, grocery bills, or care from clinicians outside the studio. You may stop a future membership as the confirmation letter explains. We do not lock you into a silent renewal from this website, because this website does not bill you.

The weekly letter

The letter is optional. You may read the journal without it. If you join, you agree to receive one message in a typical week at the address you gave. We may skip a week. We may send an extra note if we must tell subscribers about a change to these terms or to the privacy policy.

You may leave the list at any time by emailing hello@livehealthquote.com or by using the unsubscribe page to prepare that request and then emailing us. We will treat a clear request as a request to stop the letter. Delivery tools sometimes take a short time to catch up. A single extra message in that gap is not a refusal.

Do not forward the letter in a way that adds people without their knowledge. You may forward one issue to a friend who asked for it. You may not harvest addresses or present the letter as your own publication.

Intellectual property

The Live Health Quote name, the leaf-and-plate logo, the page design, and the original writing on this site belong to the studio or are used with permission. Practitioner portraits and food photographs are used under licenses that allow us to display them here. Those licenses do not automatically allow you to copy the same files into another product.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to view the pages and to share links. You do not receive ownership of the content. You may quote a short passage with credit and a link for commentary or teaching. You may not republish a full guide, mirror the site, or sell our wording.

If you believe something on the site infringes a right you hold, email hello@livehealthquote.com with the page address, a description of the work, and a way to reply. We will review good-faith notices.

Acceptable use

You will not use the site or the inbox to threaten anyone, to harass the practitioners, to send malware, to probe the site for weaknesses, or to pretend to be Live Health Quote or one of its practitioners. You will not submit false emergency claims. You will not use the forms or the inbox to advertise unrelated products.

You will not attempt to break access controls, overload the host, or bypass any technical limit. The site is simple on purpose. Attacking it is not research we have authorized. If you are a security researcher and you notice an ordinary misconfiguration, you may email hello@livehealthquote.com with a calm description. Do not exploit the issue, and do not access data that is not yours.

We may block an address or ignore a sender who breaks these rules. We may keep the minimum record needed to explain that block.

Third parties

Typefaces may load from a font service. Share buttons open third-party windows. Your email provider handles mail you send us. We do not control those companies. Their outages, their policies, and their charges, if any, are theirs.

A link or a share icon is not an endorsement of every post that service may show you next. It is a tool for sharing a page.

Disclaimers

The website and its writing are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we disclaim any warranty that a guide will meet your nutritional needs or that a described habit will produce a specific health result.

Food safety, allergies, and interactions with medicine are your responsibility to raise with a qualified clinician. We do not warrant that ingredient mentions are free of allergens. Labels on the food you buy govern what is in that package. Our general words do not.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers. In those places, the disclaimers apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for harm caused by deliberate misconduct.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Live Health Quote and the people who write and host these pages will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or personal injury alleged to arise from reading the site or from a meal you cooked from a general guide.

If we are found liable for a claim related to the website despite the limits above, the total liability for that claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for a membership in the three months before the claim, or fifty units of the currency stated on the pricing page if you have paid nothing. This cap does not apply where the law forbids a cap.

You understand that plate ideas are optional. You choose what to cook and what to eat. The studio is not your insurer and not your emergency physician.

Your responsibility for misuse

If you use the site to harm someone else, to post our content as your own commercial product, or to send unlawful material to the inbox, you will cover the reasonable costs and damages that result, including reasonable legal fees, to the extent the law allows. This section does not apply to a claim that we wrote something defamatory about you. It applies to misuse by you.

We will tell you promptly if we learn of a claim that this section covers, and we will not settle it in a way that admits your fault without talking to you, unless a deadline forces a narrower step.

Changes to the site and these terms

We may add guides, retire a page, correct a mistake, or change a membership description. The public pages will show the current offer. A membership you have already confirmed by email keeps the terms of that confirmation until it ends, even if the public price later changes.

We may update these terms. The date on the terms page will change. If you have an active email conversation or a letter subscription, we will point to material changes in that channel. If you keep using the site after the update, you are agreeing to the updated terms for that future use. If you disagree, stop using the site and, if needed, end the letter.

General terms

These terms are the whole agreement about the public website. They do not create a partnership, employment, or agency between you and the studio. A practitioner profile does not make you a patient of record merely because you read it.

If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the rest of the terms stay in place. A delay in enforcing a rule is not a waiver of that rule. You may not assign your rights under these terms. We may assign them if the studio's work moves to a successor who agrees to honor them, and we would say so if a letter list were part of that move.

These terms are written in English. Headings are for convenience and do not change the meaning of the paragraphs.

Contact about these terms

Questions about these terms go to hello@livehealthquote.com. Please use a subject line that says Terms so we can find the note. We reply by email. We do not provide a telephone number or a street address for service of casual questions.

Formal notices should also be sent to that email address and should describe what you need in the first lines. We read weekday mornings. An email is received when we can actually open it, not when it leaves your outbox if a filter blocks it. If a matter is urgent and medical, do not use this clause. Use emergency services.

Questions about these pages can be sent to hello@livehealthquote.com.
