Home / Privacy Policy
This policy explains what this website does with information. It was last updated on September 28, 2026.
Who we are
Live Health Quote publishes a public website about everyday eating, plate patterns, hydration, strength-day meals, family kitchens, and planned conversations with doctors and dietitians. When this policy says we, us, or the studio, it means Live Health Quote.
The public contact point for privacy questions is hello@livehealthquote.com. This website does not publish a telephone number or a street address. Please do not send medical records, insurance numbers, or identity documents to that inbox unless we have asked for a specific document in a separate exchange.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the pages on livehealthquote.com, including the journal, practitioner profiles, appointment request form, contact form, membership descriptions, subscribe page, and unsubscribe page. It also covers email you choose to send us directly.
It does not control websites that may open when you use a share button. Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and your email application have their own policies. When you leave our pages, their rules apply to what you do there.
A static website
The pages you are reading are static files. They do not sit on an application that creates an account for you, builds a profile in the background, or watches how long you linger on a paragraph. Opening a guide does not require you to register.
Because the site is static, we do not operate a member login, a shopping cart, or a payment form here. Membership prices are descriptions. They are not a checkout.
Information you type into forms
Forms appear on the contact page, the appointment page, the subscribe page, the unsubscribe page, and in a few letter boxes in the footer and journal. Each form checks, in your browser, that the fields are complete and that an email address looks properly formed. A name field asks for letters. A message field asks for a short note. A date field on the appointment page asks for today or a later day. Checkboxes ask you to confirm that you want a reply or that you want the letter.
When the check succeeds, the page shows a confirmation line in the browser. The form does not transmit, store, or email your entry to a server operated by Live Health Quote. The words stay on the page in front of you and disappear when you leave or refresh. The confirmation is not proof that a message reached a person.
If you want a human reply, send your own email to hello@livehealthquote.com from the mail application you already use. That message travels through ordinary email, which is different from the on-page form. Do not put passwords or payment card numbers in any form or email to us. We will never ask for them through this website.
Email you send us directly
If you write to hello@livehealthquote.com, we receive whatever you chose to include: your address, the subject, the body, and any attachment. We use that content to answer you, to match a visit request with a practitioner theme, or to add or remove an address from the weekly letter when you ask.
Please send only what the conversation needs. A description of your week of meals is enough for a first note. Detailed clinical records are better shared, if ever, through a channel your own clinician recommends. We are not a hospital chart and we do not claim to store a legal medical record on your behalf.
We keep email only as long as we need it to finish the conversation you started, to honor an unsubscribe request, or to meet a duty that applies to ordinary correspondence. When a thread is finished and there is no reason to retain it, we delete it from the studio inbox in the course of routine housekeeping.
The weekly letter
The subscribe page collects a name, an email address, one or more topics, and a confirmation box. As explained above, that on-page form does not upload the entry. To join the letter in practice, email hello@livehealthquote.com and ask to subscribe, or wait for a separate reply path we confirm with you. The page exists so you can see what the letter is and prepare a clear request.
The letter itself is one message a week about plates, shopping, and habits. It is not a stream of advertisements for unrelated products. Each letter we send by email will tell you how to stop it. You can also use the unsubscribe page to shape that request, then email us the same address so we can act on it.
We do not sell, rent, or trade email addresses. We do not buy lists. If a vendor ever helps us send the letter, that vendor may handle addresses only to deliver the message and must not use them for its own marketing. We would name a change like that in an update to this policy before it began.
Cookies, storage, and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies and it does not run a third-party analytics tracker. We do not drop pixels that follow you to other sites. The pages do not use a cookie banner because we are not placing those cookies.
Your browser may still store ordinary technical data on its own, such as a cached copy of a page or a font file requested from the type foundry that hosts the typefaces. Those requests go to the font provider when your browser loads the design. If you block that request, the site remains readable in a standard typeface.
The search box and the carousels run in your browser after the page loads. They do not send your search words to us. A search for breakfast stays on your machine.
Share buttons
The footer and practitioner profiles include buttons that open a share window for Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or email. The link is built from the address of the page you are on and the page title. We do not receive a report of who you shared with.
If you complete a share, you are using that other service. Review its privacy policy if you want to know what it stores. You can also copy the page address yourself and send it however you prefer.
Children
The journal is written for adults who shop and cook, including adults who feed children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The forms ask for an adult email conversation. If you believe a child has written to the studio inbox, email hello@livehealthquote.com and ask us to delete that message.
Family kitchen visits, described elsewhere on the site, are conversations with the adults in a household. They are not an invitation for a child to create an account or to send us information alone.
Your choices
You choose what to type and what to email. You can read every public page without identifying yourself. You can leave the weekly letter. You can ask us what email we still have from you, ask us to correct a mistake in an email thread, or ask us to delete a thread that is no longer needed.
Some requests we cannot fulfill in the way a large platform might, because we do not hold a database of form submissions from this website. If you emailed us, we can search the studio inbox for that address and respond. Write from the address you want us to find, or tell us the address clearly.
We will not discriminate against you for asking a privacy question. A question does not affect whether you may read the journal.
How we protect messages
Email is a convenient tool and it is not a sealed medical vault. Messages can be misaddressed, intercepted on a poorly secured network, or left open on a shared computer. Use a mail account you control, and avoid public devices when you write about your health.
On our side, access to hello@livehealthquote.com is limited to people who answer studio mail. We do not post inbox contents on the website. No method of transmission is perfect, and we do not promise that email is risk-free. If a topic feels too sensitive for email, do not send it. Use a clinician or a channel you already trust for private records.
Links to ideas, not hidden partners
Our pages may mention whole foods, cooking methods, and general habits. We do not run hidden affiliate carts on these pages, and we do not drop you into a checkout. If that ever changes, the page will say so in plain language and this policy will be updated.
Practitioner profiles are introductions to the studio team. They are not advertisements purchased by outside clinics. A profile does not mean we share your email with that person automatically. You choose a name on a request, and a reply, if you emailed us, goes through the studio address.
How long notes last
On-page form entries are not saved by the website. They last only for the moment the confirmation is on your screen. Email we actually receive is kept for the life of the conversation and a short housekeeping period afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and we have no separate duty to keep it.
Unsubscribe requests are kept long enough to make sure the address is not added again by mistake. That note is small: the address and the fact that you asked to stop. It is not a profile of your health.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page when the site changes, for example if a letter tool starts to store addresses or if we add a feature that actually sends form data somewhere. The date at the top of the policy will change when the text changes. The old idea and the new idea will be visible by comparing the page you remember with the page you read.
If a change would affect email we already hold, we will mention it in the weekly letter or in a reply to people in an active conversation, not only in a quiet edit. Continuing to read the public journal after an update is fine. Sending us a new email after an update means you have a chance to read the current policy first, and we encourage you to do that.
How to reach us about privacy
Write to hello@livehealthquote.com with the subject Privacy. Tell us the address you used and what you want: a copy of what we have, a correction, or a deletion. We will reply by email. We do not offer a phone line for these requests.
If you are writing on behalf of someone else, say so, and expect us to ask for enough detail to avoid disclosing one person's mail to another. We would rather be slow than send a thread to the wrong person.
Questions about these pages can be sent to hello@livehealthquote.com.
